5. Parcel Checking, Returns & Refunds

• Customers are required to check the parcel in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

• If there is any issue, such as:

  • Wrong product

  • Damaged product

  • Missing item

  It must be reported immediately while the delivery person is present.

No return or refund requests will be accepted if the parcel is received without checking in front of the delivery person.

• Any return or refund consideration (if applicable) is solely at the discretion of Run and Pause.

• Claims made after delivery completion will not be entertained.

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

• Run and Pause is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
